I bought an apartment here after learning about it from a friend of mine. One of the major reasons to purchase it was because it was close to my workplace and my children's schools. My children go to the Genesis International School, which is just a 5-minute walk from the project, and my office is around 15 minutes on foot. Besides these, there are quite a few key locations within walking distance of the project. The Lingampally Bus Stand is just 2.6 km from this project. The Miyapur metro station is just 5.5 km. Some of the other locations are the KIMS Hospital, Ankura Hospital for Women & Children, nearest entertainment hubs are South India Shopping Mall, INOX Cinemas, etc. I hope this KSR Greens reviews Hyderabad is helpful to you.

I read a few KSR Greens reviews after I came across one of its banner ads. I learned that the KSR Greens possession date in Hyderabad is March 2027. This was perfect for me as I was looking for a project with a similar possession date. I visited the location with my wife and enquired about the KSR Green RERA number, which is P02400002976. A salesperson gave us a tour of a demo unit of the apartments. The demo apartment was quite spacious. There were quite a few amenities as well, such as a yoga & meditation area, cricket pitch, climbing wall, elderly seating area, free-standing pylons, seating deck under pergola, etc. We have decided to book a unit here.

I visited the KSR Greens project location at Hafeezpet, Madeenaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500049, with a friend of mine. An executive present there provided me with a brochure from which I came to know that the project is 3.15 acres big and has 79% open space. The executive also told me that they only have 3 BHK apartments, which are around 1600 - 1900 sq. ft. in size. My friend asked him about the KSR Greens Price, which he said was starting from Rs. 1.94 Crore. Afterwards, we both decided to purchase a unit here.
