One of the major criteria for purchasing an apartment was that it needed to be a nearby office, which is Yeshwanthpur. A colleague of mine told me about Kumar Princetown, which is around 5.5 Km from my office location. I visited the location and gathered all the necessary information, such as amenities, unit size, etc. The project offers 2 BHK studio, 2 bedroom compact, 2 bedroom regular and 2.5 Bedroom apartments, and 3.5 BHK apartments. I have been living here for the last 2 years, and here is my Kumar Princetown review. This is a lovely project, and the apartments are very spacious. Besides that, they also receive quite a lot of natural light. The project has all the necessary amenities such as parking, a children's play area, clubhouse, library, tennis court, etc. It also has proper security staff who work around the clock to keep the premises safe. The Kumar Princetown location is Shettihalli, Near Air Force Technical College (ATFC), Jalahalli (West), Bengaluru - 560001. I hope this helps.
