What are the Kumar Princetown Towers, Undri, Pune?

So we went to visit this project by Kumar Properties. It is located on the NIBM Road in Undri. We were impressed with the proximity to essentials like hospitals, schools, and shopping areas. The Bizz Bay Mall, Reliance Mall, Noble Hospital, Sahyadri Hospital, and more are nearby. 

We were also happy with all the infrastructure they’ve set up in the project. We made the booking for this project last week. I suggest you contact the builder to find out more details about this project.

I’d like to tell you about my views on this project I gave a visit to a few months ago. I quite liked the amenities in this project with a clubhouse, a gym, a jogging track, a sr. citizen sitout area and more. 

I also went on to ask about the Kumar Princetown Towers construction status and learned that the project is still in progress. So, it’ll take some time till we can expect to gain the possession of the house if we go ahead with the booking. 

So, to clear everything up, I asked the Kumar Princetown Towers possesion date which is December 2025, which seems fine for us as it isn’t a long wait.

The project is also RERA-approved and the Kumar Princetown Towers RERA number is P52100045982. We are yet to make up our minds on whether we’d go with this project or not.

Hello. I am here to share my Kumar Princetown Towers review with you. I went to see the project with my family a while ago. The project has 22 buildings of 2 BHK homes. 

As far as the Kumar Princetown Towers 2BHK price is concerned, the starting cost is Rs. 63.38 lakhs plus taxes.

The 2 BHK homes will have a contemporary design with 800 units overall. To talk about the Kumar Princetown Towers address, is Sr. No. 9, Undri, Punyadham Ashram Road in Pune. A lot of locations are nearby to the project with Kondhwa being 3.5 km away and Wanowrie 4 km away. The railway station is also a 10 km drive. 

We are going to finalise purchasing a flat here pretty soon. I recommend you give the project a visit to see if this is the ideal project for you.
