The area is the highlight as Gachibowli is amongst the best areas to live in the city. For the L&T Serene County 3BHK price, we were able to make a good deal and get the flat at Rs. 1.16 crores. The project area is vast, having built over 32 acres of land, so you’ll have all the space for your evening walks. I give the society a rating of 8.5 on 10.

My partner and I checked out L&T Serene County in Gachibowli earlier this year. We loved the amenities here, including the swimming pool, gym, an amphitheatre, ATM, party area, spa and a tennis court. It was important for us to have a flat that was Vastu compliant and we got the same here. Even though everything looked good, we weren’t able to agree on a price with the seller. So, we didn’t make the purchase. But, the society is a really good one to live in, so our remarks still stay positive for this review.
