This was very impressive to us. Also, the property is RERA approved, and the Lake Primrose RERA Number is P51800018480. My father finally invested 3 BHK on this property.

When I got to know about Lake Primrose property I could potentially invest in. I was curious about all the amenities this place offers. That’s when I got to know that if you have always wanted to be part of a vibrant and well managed society, this is the best option for you.
They have a jogging track, which is a safe space for you or the kids to run.
You also get ample & dedicated parking lots.
There is also a tennis court and an amphitheatre for mini performances.
The homes are all vastu compliant.
There is a refreshing swimming pool and library where your children can peacefully study for their exams in a safe space.
There is an intercom facility, as well as an on-site ATM.
All this offers so much ease and convenience. Also, the Lake Primrose price was also within my budget. This is the reason I am investing in a 2BHK apartment here.
