Hello. We visited this property to check out their 1 BHK home available for resale in August. My sister who lives near the area suggested we see the property and it was worth it. The Landcraft River Heights location is quite nice, present in Raj Nagar Extension on NH58 Bypass. There is the Ghuldha train station about 5 km from the site and the nearby bus stp is the Meerut More which is just 6.0 Km from the project. The project is also nearby healthcare unit like the Lifecell Multi Speciality Centre about 3.5 km away. The area is quite developed with PVR Cinemas roughly 1.5 km away and the Carnival Cinemas 6 km away. There are lots of supermarkets nearby, including Vishal Mega Mart, which is just 1.5 km from the property.
We also checked for the RERA approval and the Landcraft River Heights RERA number is UPRERAPRJ6739. We were happy with the carpet area, too, which was 432 sq. ft. for the 1 BHK. We went ahead and locked the deal.

We purchased a 3 BHK property here a couple of months ago and think we made the right call. The Landcraft River Heights unit size for the 3 BHK apartment is a big plus. Flats here have different carpet areas, going up to roughly 1500 sq. ft. which is massive. The property is well-built and even the amenities give you a reason to like the project further. There is a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a shopping centre, a park, visitor’s parking, an aerobics room, a basketball court, an amphitheatre and lots more. To sum up, we’d say you should see the flats here and then make a call based on your opinion of the property.

We have a 2 BHK house in Landcraft and can share our Landcraft River Heights review with you. It's a gated society and you’ll find good space for both bike and car parking. The atmosphere is also pretty nice in the society. As far as the Landcraft River Heights goes, you’ll get 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats here. The total land area of the society is huge. There are 1000 units of the three flat types across 20 acres of land. One of the best aspects that we like about our flat has to be the spaciousness. The carpet area is 712 sq. ft., which is decent enough for us. So in all, we recommend you consider the property if you find a flat available here.
