Without the landlord's prior consent, the tenant causes damage to the property or makes structural changes.
It becomes necessary to temporarily remove the renter in order to carry out necessary maintenance on the property.
When the renter formally notifies the landlord of their plan to leave the property.
In the unfortunate event that the landlord passes away and it becomes necessary for the lawful heirs to lease the property, they have the right to file a petition with the Rent Court in order to be evicted and regain possession of the property.
- Eviction and Notice Period:
The applicable legislation, such as the Rent Control Act or state-specific variants, specify the eviction process. Generally speaking, depending on the situation and the state's particular rules, a landlord must provide a notice period that ranges from thirty to one hundred eighty days.
