What are the Lansum Elena Residences, Kokapet, Hyderabad Reviews?

Sharing my Lansum Elena review with you all here. As an investor in this property, let me assure you that there are no connectivity issues here. The Lansum Elena location is fantastic, offering quick access to a variety of facilities like retail centers, movie theaters, national and international schools, and multispecialty hospitals. Let's see a few benefits of this prime location:

• 2 minutes away from ORR Exit 1

• 25 minutes away from the airport

• 5 minutes away from the financial district 

• 10 minutes away from international schools and hotels

I have purchased a 4 BHK flat here and I feel the Lansum Elena 4 BHK price was quite fair as per its location and amenities. The Lansum Elena possession date that I received is December 2028. That’s all from my side.

I am going to share with you my frank opinions on Lansum Elena Residences. I can only tell that this is a beautiful project with a calm atmosphere because I bought a 3 BHK apartment here. The minimum Lansum Elena 3 BHK price starts here is Rs 2.57 Crore. In addition, it is well-exposed from all four directions and covers a substantial area. 

The Lansum Elena launch date was in March 2024. However, the possession date that I got is December 2028. I love that it features multiple amenities including 

• Aerobics Room

• Library

• Gym

• Rain Water Harvesting

• Swimming Pool

• Maintenance Staff

• Community Hall

• Fire Safety

• Intercom

• Power Backup, and so on.

This is it and I will rate it 4 out of 5 in my Lansum Elena review.

Earlier I decided to invest in Lansum Elena Residences but now I have dropped my decision mainly because of its 3 BHK price, which is out of my budget and possession date, which is quite far away. Hence, I visited other projects in Kokapet, Hyderabad and came across a project named Cybercity Westbrook, which I found quite good. The Cybercity Westbrook 3 BHK price was Rs 1.8 crores and the possession date is October 2026. So, I decided to book a 3BHK flat of 2210 sq ft here.
