I availed their service on 27th June, 2024 and right after leaving with my stuff they are not receiving my calls. If you are in the process of availing their service, please don’t. Last year, I hired Laxmi Packers and Movers Delhi, to move my car from Delhi to Bangalore. I told them that money wasn't an issue and I want their best service and my car should reach damage free. I paid them 25k in advance and told them they would pay more after the delivery. They assured me that there won't be a scratch. When I received it, my car was damaged in several places. When I hired Laxmi Packers and Movers Delhi, I wasn’t expecting them to be this unprofessional. First of all, they asked me to pay the whole amount upfront, or else they wouldn't move my things. Next, they used low-quality packing material on my items, which led to damages. Finally, despite delivering damaged items, they asked me for more money and when I refused they just dumped everything on the road and left. I had to hire other people to move my things.

I had the worst experience with Laxmi Packers and Movers Delhi. Their initial quote was Rs 20,000, but after loading the items in the vehicle, they demanded Rs 2,000 more. They told me that, unless I paid the said amount, they wouldn’t move my items and dump them on the road and leave. I tried contacting their supervisor, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. This company just wants you money, please don't use their service.
