We saw an ad about the resale of a flat in this society and thought of giving it a visit. The locality of Malad West is overall very good with multiple options like trains, metro and buses to reach other areas.
The things which we liked the most were the amenities here, which include a park, power backup in the society, professional security, indoor games area and the flats are vastu compliant as well.
Although everything looked good, we couldn’t lock a deal for the flat because of the price being higher than our budget. However, we do suggest visiting this property as the price may suit you.
I went to this project with my father to inquire about the Linkway Estate unit configuration and more. The first aspect that suited us was the locality and the exact location. Apart from the well developed area, everything from super markets like V Mart and D Mart to shopping malls like Oberoi are near to the society.
The interiors have been constructed well and the maintenance of the society is taken care of to maintain hygienic conditions. I give this a big thumbs up.

This project is present in Malad West region of Mumbai and the location has got great connectivity if you ask me. The Malad Dept and Sunder Nagar bus stops are nearby, while Goregaon and Malad train station ain’t that far.
Another thing that makes the Linkway Estate address great is the availability of hospitals like Manoram, Nemani and Gafiwan close to the property. My partner and I are finalising a deal for the flat and will be moving in soon.
