What are the Livspace Mumbai Reviews?

I went through a lot of Livspace reviews Mumbai as we were planning to renovate our home. We went ahead with booking them after visiting the experience centre. However, it's been just a month since they completed the project and issues started coming up. There’s rust in the bearings, inaccuracies in the designs of our bedroom cabinets and lots more. They haven’t been responding well after raising concerns, as well. It wasn’t a good experience for us.

Their design team has the idea of executing things. The designers understood our needs and could execute them pretty well. Overall, our experience was good, but we would have liked it better had they managed things in a more efficient manner. There were slight delays from their end, which hampered the process and experience for us to some extent.

Inspite of the positive online Livspace reviews Mumbai, I can say that my experience with them is pathetic. Refrain from falling for their marketing scheme and pay the full amount on the first day. They make cancellation promises but don't follow through on them. For the past month, I have been in contact with them, but they have not returned the money. Continue claiming that anything is pending with a team, but don't give any specifics. It appears to be a money-collecting fraud. Hire locals to complete your furniture project; they will be more responsive and of higher quality. These guys don't care about working; they just care about their money.

I booked their service after going through their Livspace reviews Mumbai. The design team was good, but I would have appreciated more technical advice from them, which was missing. In terms of colour, handles, and customization, Livspace offered very limited options.

The person, who was in charge of executing our work, was helpful and always available. We appreciated the support we received from him. However, he suddenly left the company mid-job, after which we were struggling to find someone to respond to the final finishing touches. I never thought dealing with Livspace post-installation would be this terrible.

Additionally, in less than a month, there are small issues in the kitchen, with part of a panel coming out. It's disappointing.

I should have gone through the Livspace Mumbai reviews, before hiring them. Even though they say they will finish the project in 90 days, our home interior work is still not finished after a year. Once they get the money, they won't get back to you promptly. While we were waiting for our new home's interior design project to be finished, we were forced to reside in temporary housing and pay an additional 1 lakh per month in rent due to Livespace's false promises and delays.
