They show impressive videos to appear high-class, promising to handle all interior needs, including custom work and finding vendors for non-Livspace items. After you pay the initial 10%+40%, they demand extra for custom designs. Material delivery, promised in 45 days, extends to 60 days or more. You pay the remaining 50% hoping for delivery, but a separate installation team then demands tile, switch removal, and cleaning. With 100% payment made, you feel helpless, scrambling to find vendors. 

When the materials arrive, they make a mess, neglecting to use floor mats. The drawings differ from the original, leading to uncoordinated installations. You end up with mismatched colors and shapes, while they defensively claim prior discussions. Ultimately, you're left running behind people to fix everything.
