I asked for the LML The League One RERA number as well, which is TN/2/BUILDING/0405/2024. So, this had us relieved on the legal part as well. So, if you are in search of 2 or 3 BHK, this one can be a good pick.

Hello. We went to see a 3 BHK apartment in LML League One a while ago. I would like to give my opinion on the project. We were focused on the facilities and the location of the project and this one has a good balance of both. The locality of Kattupakkam has good connectivity with a 15-minute drive from major IT hubs like RMZ, L&T and DLF. There are more than 40 amenities here with a wellness zone, 24x7 CCTV, broadband and wifi connectivity, games area, guest bedroom, waiting lounge, kids zone, car and bike wash area and more. My partner particularly liked all the amenities. We are yet to make a decision but everything seems good as the LML The League One possession date also matches our preference. The flats will be up for possession by February 2029.

Hey. LML I saw you were looking for The League One reviews and I can share mine. I recently booked a 2 BHK house here after visiting the site in September. There are a total of 125 flats in the project across 4 blocks. The society is pretty big, with an area of over 1.2 acres. Each building will have 5 floors. The LML The League One address is in Kattupakkam. The location is one of the features we like. The proposed metro will be just 2 minutes from here, Porur is roughly 5 minutes away, while the airport can be reached in 20 minutes and the Guindy railway station in 15 minutes.
To talk about the flats here, you’ll find 2 and 3 BHK apartments. There’ll be vitrified tiled flooring and anti skid tiles in the bathrooms. The doors will be made from engineered wood and the kitchen platform will have glazed dado tile and polished granite.
I believe you should check out the project once and then see if you like the place to make a decision.
