What are the Lodha Acenza, Andheri East, Mumbai Reviews?

We were told about this project by one of our old friends who also has a home in Andheri East. So, we decided to check out this project a week ago. We went to specifically know about the 4 BHK.

Starting with the Lodha Acenza 4BHK price, the starting price is Rs. 7.40 crores, which we felt was a little pricey, but given the location and the spaciousness of the house, now we think it is somewhat okay compared to the other projects.

The amenities are a lot too, with a sky club, a gym, an indoor games area, a party hall, an infinity edge pool and more.

I believe it would be better if you go and see the project yourself to understand if it works for you.

I went to the project a while ago with my partner to find out the Lodha Acenza price list and more. There are 3 and 4 BHK flats here in the Andheri East area and after getting to know about the offerings here, we made our booking a couple of days back. 

We had our interest in the 3 BHK and thus inquired about the Lodha Acenza 3BHK price, which starts at Rs. 5.80 crores.

The connectivity was a major factor for us, which we believe is quite good in this project. You’ve got the Oberoi Mall and Jio World Drive 20 minutes away, and amongst hospitals, there is Kokilaben Hospital and Nanavati Hospital around 15 minutes from the project.

Hello, I saw you were asking for Lodha Acenza reviews and I’d like to share mine. I visited the project a month ago with my brother and quite liked the overall facilities. Beginning my review with the Lodha Acenza location, it is located in Andheri East with good connectivity as it is present on the Western Express Highway. You can reach the domestic and the international airport within minutes, along with a short distance from BKC, MIDC and Powai.

For the Lodha Acenza project area, I can tell you that the total land area is 3 acres. There are 3 and 4 BHK flats here and we have our interest in buying the 3 BHK.

We analysed the aspects here and compared them with what we’ve been looking for. Everything does seem right, including the Lodha Acenza Possession date, which is June 2025. 

In all, I think you should give this project a visit and then decide if it works for you.
