Hello. We recently went on site to check out this upcoming project in Kothrud. We’ve been on the lookout for a 3 BHK flat in Pune for quite a while now. I even went through several Lodha Palais reviews before deciding to go to the project address. My family and I liked the offerings quite a lot. One main thing has to be the locality of Kothrud, which is about 10 to 30 minutes from major areas like Hinjewadi, Baner and Aundh. Also, the International Airport and Mumbai-Bangalore Highway can be reached in half an hour, which is pretty good. So, all these factors made us believe that the Lodha Palais address is a nice one to live in.

The project is under construction at present and the flats here are being made for a luxurious experience. Flats will have a terrace deck and the architecture style is that of the 1930s, with the use of geometric shapes, which impressed me. I think you can consider this project for sure.

We booked a 4 BHK house in Palais by Lodha a couple of weeks ago. The project is being built by Lodha Group, which is one of the reputed builders in India. I have come across several of their residential and commercial properties before. So, for buying our own house, they were a preferred choice. In the project, you’ll find 3 and 4 BHK flats, which are quite spacious.

As the project is being constructed with all the over the top features, the Lodha Palais price is high. The 4 BHK starts at Rs. 5.15 crores. If you are looking for flats which have all the luxury in Pune, this can be a good pick.

My friend suggested I check out this project a while ago. Hearing a bit about the features, my partner and I visited the site last Sunday and were impressed with several things. The connectivity is pretty good, with direct connectivity to the main DP Road. There’s also a great commercial setup in the area with ICC Tech Park and JW Marriott roughly 10-20 minutes from here. We asked about the Lodha Palais RERA number, to be sure of the legal approvals. The project is registered under the MAHARERA with the number PR1260002400041.

Another outstanding feature is the wide range of amenities here. There’s a temperature controlled pool, a Ganesh temple, a party lawn, advanced 5 level security, international standard firefighting system, cafe cum library and more. The Lodha Palais possession date is September 2029, which is a bit late for us, but we like the project a lot and planning to wait.
