Hi, I bought a 1 BHK apartment here. I am very happy with the strategic Lodha Panacea location. Lodha Panacea is located in the hub of the Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan economic triangle. Some of its locational advantages are as follows;
Dombivali Station: 2.5Km
Kalyan Station: 8Km
Thane: 24 Km
Panvel: 28Km
Navi Mumbai New Airport: 27Km
JNPT: 49Km
South Mumbai: 40Km
I think because of its locational advantages investing here is a good option.

Lodha Panacea is a 40-acre residential development. The Lodha panacea address is near Bombay Institute of Pharmacy & Research, Manpada, Sandap Gaon, Dombivli East, Mumbai. This property provides 1 BHK residences. Though I visited this project, I am not going to buy a property here. In this Lodha Panacea review, I want to spot the major con of this project. Although the project is good, the main problem is connectivity. Presently, the only accessible route is the dilapidated Diva Manpada road. So instead of this one I have checked out another project
SBM Skyin Thane. As the society is in Vartak Nagar, Thane, at a prime location. The Mumbai-Nashik Highway and the Eastern Express Highway provide excellent connections.
