We went to check out the 2 BHK property up for resale in this property a week ago. The society is pretty big, spanning across 5 acres of land. There’s ample space for both bike and car parking. A thing we liked was the planned spacing between buildings, parks and other facilities. There’s a big park in the centre of the society, with seats and walking paths. Apart from this, there’s also a gym, a rainwater harvesting plant and a skating rink in the society. The locality of Sector 111 has necessities close by. Jai Sai Ram Hospital and Park Hospital ain’t that far. There’s also Emporium Mall, Carnival Cinemas, Easy Day supermarket and more around the property. All these make the Lotus Homz location a favourable place to live. We are yet to make a call, but the property does look good.

Hi. My father, mother and I checked out the flat here in September. To talk about the Lotus Homz unit configuration, there are 1 and 2 BHK homes in the society. We had our eyes set on the 1 BHK property and luckily found one flat on resale. We had a chat with the seller and he scheduled a visit for us. The interiors were pretty decent with ample sunlight entering the house. My parents were especially impressed with the space of the flat. Upon asking about the Lotus Homz 1BHK unit size, the seller shared the carpet area to be 605 sq. ft. Looking at all the offerings and the flat condition, we made the deal for the flat a week ago.

Located in Sector 111, the connectivity is decent with the help of several commute options close to the property. You have the Cosmos Executive Apartment bus stop and the Bamnoli Power Station close to the society. There’s also the Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 metro station and the Gurgaon train station.
If you’re looking for the Lotus Homz RERA number, it is 214 OF 217. The society has a good green cover and open space to walk around close to nature, which is one of our daily things to do in the society. There’s a professional security staff stationed at the gates, which maintains the society premises. Overall, you get a good balance of essential services and wants in the property. You can consider the flats here in my opinion.
