The wide range of amenities in this project are really exceptional. My daughter loves reading and the library here has almost become her second home. The maintenance staff is quite punctual and friendly. There are other basic amenities which I think are quite helpful ones. These are rainwater harvesting, jogging track, security, CCTV Camera, Intercom, children’s play area, Indoor games, clubhouse, fire safety, community hall, internet services, and so on. All the apartments here are Vastu compliant which was the major convincing factor for our family.

We have been living here for a year now. The property is well maintained and very secure. We are a family of 7 people and we found the apartment very airy and spacious. The M2K Aura address was a major plus factor for us as Sector 47 is one of the core of area locations to own a home in Gurgaon. It has a promising social and physical infrastructure and an emerging neighbourhood. The nearby metro station is the Shalimar Huda City Center is just 16 min. Also, the Gurgaon bus stop is just (5.1 km) from this project. It has various renowned schools nearby such as Shemford Futuristic School Gurugram is 1.5 Km away, Ryan International School, GD Goenka 'La Petite' and Apple-Blossam , DPS and Amity International School. Another important factor for me was healthcare as my in-laws need medical assistance and we were happy to know that Medanta -The Medicity, Artemis Hospital Gurgaon and Fortis Memorial Research Institute are very close by as well. Adding to the trust was the fact that the property is RERA approved as well and the RERA number for M2K Aura is HRERA/GGN/2010/03/026/R0046.

We were looking for a 3 BHK apartment in Sector 31, Gurgaon and last month, we visited M2K Aura. I can tell you some necessary information about this property and share my M2K Aura reviews as well. The project is spread across 5 acres and the unit configuration is 3, 4 & 4+ BHK apartments, and the M2K Aura price starts from Rs. 1.18 Cr. What we found really impressive was that all rooms were fitted with air-conditioners. It is a gated complex with multi-tier security. The properties here have 100% power backup available. Water is available from both municipal corporation and borewell.The rooms are also quite spacious and well-ventilated.
