My cousin has bought a flat in Madhuban Township and I have visited her a couple of times. I can say that the project area is huge with a good amount of space. Besides, the rooms are also quite comfortable and cosy. However, the number of facilities provided is minimal. There are just a handful of basic amenities like security, lift, power backup, parking, fire safety, and a play area. But my cousin was glad there is power backup as she mostly works from home and it has become easier for her.
The project is also RERA approved which makes it trustworthy. The Madhuban Township RERA number is MH/RERA/P/2017/135/PR/20170602/000001.

My sister and I bought a 1 BHK apartment here last year and hence, I am sharing my Madhuban Township
reviews. The project is spread across 10 acres, making it an extensive area with plenty of space for parking. The security system is also nice and I find the pricing to be very reasonable and budget friendly. So, if you’re looking for a 1 BHK small and cosy apartment, you should check out this property. Although you won’t find any luxurious facilities like gym and swimming pool, there are necessary amenities like lift, powerbackup, security, etc.
