Our office availed of the Maersk Logistics Packers and Movers Hyderabad service and had a quite pleasant experience. They sent a professional team to pack all the goods, from chairs, tables, monitors, etc., precisely; they provided a reasonable quote for their service, so overall it was good. One thing they can work on is their customer service. Our HR called them to get an update about the goods’ location, but none of them could inform her anything about it. So this is one thing that we disliked, but overall we will rate them 4/ 5 for their job.

My experience with Maersk Logistics Packers and Movers Hyderabad was below average. They arrived timely, but:
They did not bring enough cartons in spite of mentioning to them that the number of goods
They did not bring bubble wrap or foam sheets to cover the delicate items; as a result, many of my crockery items broke.
I have not mentioned any extra fee that needed to be paid, but after they arrived at the destination, they charged me Rs 2,700 for unloading.
I therefore will never recommend anyone to opt for their service and rate them 1/ 5 in this Maersk Logistics Packers and Movers Hyderabad review.

I would like to highlight my experience in this Maersk Logistics Packers and Movers Hyderabad review. I availed of their service to move my goods within Hyderabad and was provided with a reasonable quote. They arrived on time and packed our 2 BHK goods, but yes, they used poor quality materials, which I did not like at all. Then they loaded the goods and went out for delivery. They were supposed to deliver them within 8 pm hours but delivered them 5 hours late, at 1 a.m., and charged some extra fee, which substantially raised the amount to almost double. This is something I did not like at all, and hence I shall never recommend them to others. Refrain from hiring unprofessional service providers.

I transported my bike via Maersk Logistics Packers and Movers Hyderabad and did not have a great experience. I precisely mentioned that I would be sending my racing bike, so it needed to be delivered in a separate vehicle, but that did not happen. When they were unloading my bike, I saw that the vehicle had two more bikes in it. There were scratches on my bike, so I called their customer service to complain, but to date, no one bothered to address or compensate me for it.
