It is close to theatres like Vaibhav Theatre and INOX. If I am ever in need of medical assistance, it is also close by to the Noble Hospital Hadapsar and Nirmiti Clinic. Heels Dance Academy, Innovera Pre School and Bigg Academy Pune are well known educational institutes in town & are very close to this home. Such accessibility and community living made Magarpatta Jasminium an attractive option for my family. Overall, I will rate them 4 out of 5 under my Magarpatta Jasminium reviews.

It also has a gym for people like me who work out but don’t want to go too far from home for it. 

My cousin does work from home, and says that it's very convenient to live here. He said because even if the light goes; the society has a reliable generator for power backup. And the society is very safe because of top-notch security and CCTV cameras at all critical points. When I asked him about the Magarpatta Jasminium possession date, he said he had received it in February 2010. I really like it and am planning to invest here.

When I was looking for housing options recently, a friend recommended I visit the Magarpatta Jasminium location. While I was there, I explored the unit sizes and was pleasantly surprised by the availability of 2 BHK houses and 3 BHK houses. I even found the Magarpatta Jasminium price to be quite competitive for the quality of life that is offered. I saw the 2 BHK units to be listed for around Rs.1.45 crore, while the 3 BHK apartments start at around Rs.2 crore. Given the prime location and modern amenities, I felt like these prices were justified. So I thought of it as a solid investment in a well-planned community.
