I was planning to purchase a resale apartment when I came across Maheshwari Complex. I contacted the owner of the apartment and visited the location to check it out. It was a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 983 sq. ft. The apartment is very spacious and receives a lot of sunlight and fresh air. The owner told me that the price is Rs. 60 Lakhs. He also told me that he has another apartment in this project, which is a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 1,100 sq. ft. He mentioned that the apartment is priced at Rs. 75 Lakhs. The price of the first unit was within my budget, and I bought it from him.

I bought an apartment here back in 2022 and have been staying here since then. This is a great project as it provides its residents with quite a lot of amazing amenities. Some of those are rainwater harvesting, power backup, etc. It also has proper security 24x7 through CCTV cameras. The Maheshwari Complex location is prime one and has some great places in its vicinity, such as

My major concern about purchasing an apartment was whether it had the proper permissions or not. So, when I visited this project, the first thing I asked was the Maheshwari Complex RERA number, which is REA02400000010. Since that was clear, I asked about the Maheshwari Complex unit configuration. They told me that the project only has 2 BHK units. They also informed me that the project was ready to move. Everything looked proper, and because of that, I decided to buy an apartment here.
