We recently booked this property by paying Rs 99,000. The Majestique Towers possession date is far, around 1 to 3 years and apartments are really spacious and the most trustworthy part is the project’s approval from RERA with the Majestique Towers RERA number -
P52100015020 | P52100015183 | P52100028813. The location is an added advantage due to which we booked the project now. I am also sharing the carpet area for 2 and 3 BHK homes below.

My parents were looking to invest in a property in Kharadi Pune and it was then my father asked me to check this project. I saw a few Majestique Towers reviews online highlighting the positive aspects of the residence. All of us took a visit last month and found that the project is spread across 17 acres and the Majestique Towers unit configuration is 2 and 3 BHK apartments with 8 towers. We also heard that the builder is a reputed real estate developer with 17 years of experience in the sector. Some facilities at this project include an amphitheatre, aerobics room, jogging track, and so on. We found the prices reasonable as well, starting from Rs. 98 Lakhs.
