My colleague has taken a 1 BHK apartment in Malaysian Township and he advised me to invest in a property here as I was also looking for a flat in North Hyderabad. I checked a few Malaysian Township reviews online and decided to visit the property. I found that the project is in one of the prime locations of Hyderabad and offers great connectivity to the outside world. There are a couple of bus stops, and metro stations nearby, and a lot of shopping malls and supermarkets as well.
Rain Tree Park bus stop is just within 2.6 kms
Prerana Hospital is also around 30 minutes away.
PVR Nexus Mall is also nearby, within 1.5 kms.
Shopping centres like Pantaloons and Westside are also within 1 km of this project.
I also found that the property offers some lavish amenities such as a clubhouse and an exclusive library for the residents as well.

When my wife and I visited the project last month, we were fascinated by the property. The Malaysian Township unit configuration is 1,2,3, and 4 BHK apartments with a project area of 29 lakhs sq. ft. and 2,282 apartments. We found that the Malaysian Township possession date was in the year of 2007 and the values of the lands have skyrocketed since then. This makes the project ideal for residential development. We are planning to move into a 3 BHK apartment with our family members next month.
