I took Malik’s services to shift out of Delhi after completing my post graduation. I had a horrible experience as they broke several items and refused to give me any compensation. I had an expensive crockery in the box which got ruined, there were a few more expensive items that were damaged because of the incompetence of the company. They have a very pathetic service. They quoted me one price and then increased the amount mid-work, and I had no option, but to agree to their demands. The service wasn't worth the money I paid. The service was filled with negligent behaviour, unnecessary delays and what not. They lack professionalism, punctuality and responsiveness.
