My father and I went to check out this project which is in Pallikaranai. There are 6 buildings in this project across a land of 2 acres. The connectivity to the Velachery Road is a factor we liked a lot. As far as the Malles Ahaana 2BHK price goes, we didn’t find the actual rate, but the overall price range for 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK was given between Rs. 48.5 lakhs to Rs. 1 crores.
We also asked the Malles Ahaana RERA number to check the approval by RERA and they gave us the ID as TN/01/BUILDING/0390/2021. It is a decent project but the price seems to be a little higher than what we are looking forward to spending. However, if you find this suitable, you can give this project a visit to learn more.

We went to the site to know about Ahaana by Malles Builder. We went specifically to find details about the 3 BHK. Although we don’t know the exact Malles Ahaana 3BHK price, we know it goes up to Rs. 2 crore with a good carpet area.
The amenities grabbed our attention with ones like a gym, a dedicated play area with table tennis, a shuttle court, etc. There is also a baby daycare area, a party hall and a kids playing area. The Malles Ahaana possession date is given as December 2026, which is a little early for us, but everything seems good about this project and we are planning to finalise it.

Hello. I visited the project a month ago with my brother. This project has a total of 174 apartments in the configuration of 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK flats. We asked about the details of the project and the team told us that the area ranges between 546 sq. ft. to 1527 sq. ft.
The Malles Ahaana address is in the Pallikaranai area of the city. There are a lot of MNC offices and tech parks along with the one where I work. Some examples include the TECCI Park, Infosys, HCL, Wipro and more.
Along with this, a lot of reputed schools like St. Johns, Eurokids and others are nearby, with essentials like reputed hospitals not too far. You can reach Apollo, Global and Kamakshi Hospitals quickly.
The Malles Ahaana construction status was told to us that it is in progress with a focus on the building structure. We are making the booking this week and I recommend checking out the project once. This is all from my side in the Malles Ahaana review.
