What are the Mangeshi 23 Carat, Thakurli, Mumbai Reviews?

I contacted the builder team of Mangeshi to ask about this project in March. I have wanted to buy a 1 BHK for a long time and found this as one of the suitable projects for us. 

There are both 1 and 2 BHK flats here across 1 acre of land on the Kalyan Thakurli road. 

Apart from everything, I especially liked the amenities here, which include a clubhouse, a jogging track, a gym, an indoor game room, a kid’s playing area and more.

I made my booking a month ago and feel that you should visit this project to have a better idea if this works for you or not.

So, my sister and I went to see this project being built by the Mangeshi Group. We were interested in buying a 2 BHK flat here and inquired about the same. 

I’ll start with the address of this project, which is on Kalyan-Thakurli 90 ft. Road in ThakurliEast. What I like the most is the connectivity here, with the Kalyan, Dombivli and Thakurli stations within the reach of 3 km. Moreover, the Fortis and Aayush Hospitals are also close by.

I also asked about the Mangeshi 23 Carat Gold Possession date, which is June 2026 and works fine for us as we aren’t thinking of moving into our new home less than 1.5 years from now. All in all, I feel this is a good opportunity for a home in Mumbai and you can go for it.

There are 1 and 2 BHK homes in this property in Thakurli. Talking about the Mangeshi 23 Carat Gold location, I feel this is a good project for us as the offices of both me and my partner are nearby and can be covered within 10 minutes. Apart from this, the Thakurli railway station is 5 minutes away, so it gives an easy commute option. 

The project has been approved by MahaRERA and the title has also been cleared. As far as the Mangeshi 23 Carat Gold project area goes, the total land area is 1 acre with around 120 units of 1 and 2 BHK being built there.

In my eyes, this project has a good balance of everything and can be a good home in Mumbai.
