The Mantri Glades prices start at Rs 92.24 lakhs onwards. All the apartments are Vastu compliant and the project also offers decent amenities like gym, security, intercom, children's play area, visitor parking, internet services, rainwater harvesting, maintenance staff, power backup.
Overall, we like this project and my sister is planning to invest in a 2 BHK here.

Hello, My dad visited the site and he is impressed with the Mantri Glades location, which is Sarjapur Main Rd, Kaikondrahalli, Bengaluru. This location is really good in terms of connectivity as it is nearby a few locations like,
Nearby bus stops are Kaikondrahalli bus stop is just 0.9 km, and Junnasandra Gate which is just 0.1 km
Karmelaram train station is also only 2.8 km
Nearby healthcare facility is the Sure Foundation Medical Centre which is just 3.3 km
Nearby schools are Orchids the International School 1.9 km
It is because of these locational advantages my dad is willing to invest in a 2 BHK apartment here.
