The Mantri Market possession date was December 2012 so you will find ready-to-move-in properties here. When I checked out this project in June, it had 1 BHK apartments of 500 sq ft priced at Rs 32 lakhs. Some of the aspects I liked about this project were:

• It has world-class amenities starting from a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, kids’ play area, 24*7 security, water supply, power backup and more

• Both rental and properties for sale are available here

It seemed to be a great project to me; hence, I will recommend others to check it out once.

Mantri Market is a decade-old project and a famous one in Pune. my brother bought a 1 BHK property here in 2018 and seems to be very happy with his decision. What I love the most about this project is the Mantri Market location. This project enjoys great connectivity being situated on the Sasane Nagar Rd, Hadapsar Gaon.

We had even read reviews and ratings and they have 4/ 5 score in property building, which makes them quite a reliable builder. In fact Mantri Market itself showcases that. This project caters to spacious apartments that are well-planned and affordable. The Mantri Market price list starts from around Rs 32 lakhs, approx., so you can definitely consider investing here.

Just a couple of months ago, my friend shared with me a positive Mantri Market review stating how serene the environment is so you can visit it once. She bought a property here last year only and, to date, has never shared anything negative about it. She mentioned that this project has well-constructed apartments using quality materials. Branded vitrified tiles have been installed on the floorings, for walls, oil bound distemper paint has been used; the single tower has RCC frame structure. I did not have the chance to visit it personally but based on her review, I can say that it is worth investing in. since you are considering to invest here, I will ask you to check it out and believe you won’t be disappointed.
