A colleague wanted to invest in properties in Bangalore. As I stayed near Subramanyapura, Bengaluru, he asked me to take a look at Mantri Tranquil. He had some questions relating to the legal side of the project. He wanted to get it clarified. When I visited the project and asked about Mantri Tranquil Possession Date, the manager said the project finished in August 2006.

I also had a look at the project amenities. Since he was an avid reader, he was pleased to hear that there is a library. He also liked that there are racquet sports, badminton and tennis courts. The amenities were to his liking and he decided to buy a flat.

While looking for properties in Bangalore, I happened to see many Mantri Tranquil Reviews. They said good things about the project so I wanted to see it immediately. Mantri Tranquil location is in Gubbalala, Subramanyapura.

While scanning the project hotspots, I found the bus stop towards Gubbalala Gate to be 0.6 km away. 

  • There is also metro connectivity with the Jaya Prakash Nagar and Yelachenahalli Metro Stations, which are both 4.8 km away. 

  • The closest supermarket was Farm Fresh and it took 12 minutes to reach there. 

Connectivity-wise the project is very good and since the metro stations are close by It is an added advantage. I felt it would be a great decision to invest in a flat here.

My sister needed to invest in a property in Bangalore last year. So she started a property hunt with me. She received many recommendations regarding Mantri Tranquil. She wanted to be clear about Mantri Tranquil unit configuration.

She found 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats were the only ones on sale. The 2 BHK flat had a Carpet Area of 1285 sq ft. The 3 BHK flat had 1745 sq ft of Carpet Area. The starting price of the flat was Rs 20 Lakhs. Since the price was within her budget, she went ahead and booked the 3BHK flat. She felt really good after making the purchase.
