What are the Marathon Nextown Reviews?

Sharing my Marathon Nextown reviews with you all. This is worth buying property. After visiting this project, I think Marathon Nextown is a fantastic project with excellent rooftop amenities and outstanding connectivity. The surrounding environment is quite serene. The staff member at Marathon Nextown is outstanding. They made a beautiful gesture for their clients, and I would truly appreciate that.

Near the Padale Gaon Post Office, Padle Gaon, Kalyan Shil Road, Dombivli East, Mumbai is the exact Marathon Nextown address. You can get seamless connectivity to bus stop, hospitals, coorporate hub, shopping centers and retail store. Here,  I have booked a 2BHK here. I feel the Marathon Nextown 2BHK price is acceptable considering the location. I will give this endeavour a 4 out of 5.

For investment considerations, we are considering purchasing an apartment in Marathon Nextown. With the location and amenities in mind, the prices of the flats in this project are affordable. When I asked the sales team regarding the Marathon Nextown 1BHK price, they informed that it starts at Rs 25.99 lakhs. 

Later, they shared the following pricing of all the configurations in this project:

If we look at Mumbai's natural pricing patterns for residential homes, we can see that this price will rise soon. This project is registered with RERA, and the Marathon Nextown possession date is December 2028. So even if it is still under construction, you don't have to worry about quick possession.

When I visited, the project was excellent. The Marathon Nextown apartment size was also good but I noticed an extreme parking problem. I believe because of bad construction, it will get worse after all the buildings are finished. There aren't enough allocated spots in the current strategy to handle growing vehicle needs. 

Additionally, the property as delivered does not have any parking, thus open space is being used to build a two-story stack parking lot. This will reduce the amount of space available for kids' activities in society. I will rate 3 out of 5 in my Marathon Nextown reviews and decided to visit some other projects in the neighborhood like:
