Checking out the Marathon Nexzone reviews? I visited the site around 2 months ago, so I will share what I have observed. No. 1 is construction quality. This project is next to a highway. Distance from Panel Railway Station is just 6 to 7 kilometers. Here, the room's view is pleasant; it is full of greenery. There is plenty of parking available here. This project is not being constructed with bricks. They are utilising modern technology. Within every building, there are four high-speed lifts. Each building has a single garden and a swimming pool.
The security service is excellent. They noted it when I walked in and got my signature on the register. I found everything (whether it’s location or amenities) perfect, so I booked a 2 BHK of 640 sq ft. The Marathon Nexzone 2BHK price for me was Rs 84 lakh. The project will be finished in 2025. As of now, I will overall rate them 4 out of 5.
