What are the Maxblis White House Reviews, Sector 75, Noida?

I booked a 2BHK of 1185 sq ft here at Rs.155 crores. I heard a lot about this project earlier from my friends. Some said the Maxblis White House price is high, but I found it worth it, considering its location, unit size and amenities. I loved that it offers the following top-notch facilities.

Apart from this, I liked whatever was mentioned by Ekdayu. Let me inform you here, 2BHK ranges from 900 sq ft super built up area to 1185 sq ft. This is it under my Maxblis White House reviews.

I have been staying here since the Maxblis White House possession date, so sharing my experience here. The possession I received during the purchase was December 2019. This is one of the best projects by Maxblis Construction Pvt. Ltd in Noida. Let me tell you why I purchased this project here.

• The first thing that attracted me was its builder. Today, Maxblis is one of the top real estate companies in the real estate industry. 

• Some say the apartments\' construction quality and the fixtures in the rooms and bathrooms could improve. But, I found it good. This project offers vitrified tiles in the drawing room, kitchen, laminated wooden flooring in the master bedroom, modular kitchen, modular electric switches, and earthquake resistant RCC structure. I mean, what more can I expect?

Apart from these 2, I liked its location. Also, this project has RERA approval and Maxblis White House RERA number is UPRERAPRJ9906. These are all the reasons that made me purchase a unit here.

I visited this project almost a year ago and booked a 3BHK of 1390 sq ft for my family. The exact Maxblis White House address is Gardenia Gateway, Sector 75, Noida. Some say the primary issue is the location, as New Delhi Railway Station is beyond the neighbourhood. That is true, but for me location was the main reason I purchased a flat here. This project is. 

• 0.55 km away from Noida Sector 50 Metro Station,

• 1.4 km away from Spectrum Metro Mall,

• 2.3 km away from Manav Rachna International School (my kid’s school),

• 3.5 km away from Cloudnine Hospital, and Vikas Marg.
