What are the Megha Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad Reviews?

I was looking for a home in Hyderabad after having lived here on rent for 5 years. My partner and I came across Megha Hills and decided to see the property. The Megha Hills unit configuration includes 1 and 2 BHK homes and we had our interest in the 2 BHK apartment. Luckily, there was a flat available and we got a good deal. The first thing that caught our eye was the Megha Hills location. Madhapur is a good area to live in and we’ve stayed there before. The Happi Mobile Opp bus stop and the Madhapur metro station make the commute easier, while Image Hospital and Techmed Healthcare Systems also fall near the society. All such things make the Megha Hills address a big positive. The society is also registered under RERA. The Megha Hills RERA number is P02400000839. So, I’d say it's a good place to reside in Hyderabad and you can consider the apartments here.

We were in search of a 1 BHK apartment in Hyderabad post our marriage. While checking properties, we found out about Megha Hills, located in Madhapur. The locality is well developed with the Borabanda train station close by. In terms of entertainment, we liked the presence of theatres and malls like PVR Inorbit Mall, BR Hitech Theatre and more. The Megha Hills 1 BHK unit size is also a plus point if you ask. The built up area is 630 sq. ft, pretty nice for the house configuration. 

The seller was a nice person who was willing to negotiate. The Megha Hills 1 BHK price came down to Rs. 40 lakhs after we negotiated. 

I live with my grandparents in a 2 BHK here. It's been a decent time since we purchased the flat and we’ve had no major issues with the apartment. People here are nice and there’s good space in the society. You have a designated spot for parking, a swimming pool, a rainwater harvesting plant, a gym and more. You have all the essentials close to the place with supermarkets like Farm Fresh, Reliance Fresh and Hypercity. The highlight for us has been the built up area of 2 BHK apartment is, 930 sq. ft. In all, you can give this property a visit for a house in Hyderabad.
