This address truly feels like a well-rounded home for my family. The drive from the Metro Jazz address to Baner and Hinjewadi should take roughly five minutes. Overall, I will rate them 4 out of 5.

I’ve been living at this project for some time now, and I’m thrilled with my choice. The project, registered under RERA and the Metro Jazz RERA Number is P52100005925. It gave me peace of mind about its authenticity. My 2 BHK apartment is just the right size at 803 sq. ft., and the price of Rs 95 lakhs feels justified for its premium quality and location in Balewadi. The Metro Jazz possession date in May 2023 meant everything was ready for a smooth move-in. With five towers and 230 units, it offers both community and privacy. All in all, it's a fantastic location close to Baner and across from the Orchid hotel.
