I had a decent time with Metro packers & movers Chennai. They were on time, packed my things nicely and then even delivered everything only 2-3 days late which was fine. My only issue that I want to highlight in these Metro packers & movers Chennai reviews, is that the team was unsupportive and it was very hard to reach them regarding the status of the delivery of my goods. Otherwise it is a good service to consider, but I hope they improve on their communication.

Metro packers & movers Chennai are not that great. They charged me more than what we agreed upon and then didn’t even deliver my things on time. Initially they said that I will have to pay Rs. 5200 so I booked the service, but then after my things were loaded and taken they told me that along with taxes and other charges I would have to pay Rs. 6500. They didn’t even compensate for late delivery. Such a bad service.

I had a decent experience with Metro packers & movers Chennai. I needed them to move my bike which wasn’t working. They moved it on time and there wasn’t any damage to my bike, but they charged me a bit more money than what I should have to pay for bike transportation. Then they kept on asking me to pay early without even getting my delivery first which was annoying. Otherwise their service was good.

Though I booked their service after going through a few online Metro packers & movers Chennai reviews, I can say that
I had a bad experience with them. They agreed that they would come by 11am and take all my things, and then they didn’t come till 5pm even after I kept on calling them. That was so unprofessional. They also didn’t offer any compensation for the time they wasted and expected me to pay the full amount in advance. So much mismanagement was not expected from their end.
