While browsing through social media, I came across a Metro Pride ad. I checked the vicinity of the project and decided to visit it. After visiting the site, the first thing I asked was the RERA Number of Metro Pride. The executive present there told me that the RERA ID for the project is P51700052871. 

He also shared the price list and showed me the floor plans of the unit. Overall, I liked the project and am planning to book a 2 BHK here.

My brother was interested in purchasing an apartment in Metro Pride. I suggested him to check some Metro Pride reviews before visiting the site. He later informed me that the project has various amenities such as a swimming pool, spa/steam/sauna, children's play area, etc. After that, we visited the site to learn about the Metro Pride price list and carpet area. Last week, I got a call from a real estate agent and they were telling me about the Metro Pride project. Right off the bat, he told me that the Metro Pride address is Thakurli 90 Feet Road Kachore Gaon, Kalyan, Mumbai. He also told me that the project is surrounded by places such as

• Thakurli Railway Station (east)

• Kalyan Railway Station (west)

• Amey Multispecialty Hospital

• Metro Junction Mall

• Zodiac Lounge And Family Hotel

He also told me that they have various amenities such as Indoor games, a gym, a jogging track, a library, etc. In the end, he informed me that the Metro Pride possession date is December 2027. I booked a 2BHK unit from them.
