What are the Metro Saraswati Square Reviews, Mulund West, Mumbai?

The Metro Group Builder's most recent project is being built in Mumbai's Ashok Nagar, Mulund West. Because of their renowned 700 projects and over 20 years of experience, they are popular here. In the last week of October 2024, I went to the Metro Saraswati Square location, and their plan seemed to be excellent. As a buyer, you must check the following key features:

• The residents can go freely to any location because of this project site. Sarojini Naidu Road, MG Road, Zaver Road, Sevaram Lalwani Road, Kasturba Road, Pitkar Road, and Mumbai Agra Road are all easily accessible from it.

• Given the project's location and planning, the Metro Saraswati Square price list also appears to be reasonable. One, two, and three-bedroom apartments priced between Rs 1.12 crore and Rs 2.05 crore are available here.

• It has RERA approval with the Metro Saraswati Square RERA number, P51800050901, with no legal issues surrounding it.

I already invested here and I will undoubtedly advise others to invest in this initiative, since I think it is worthwhile.

In Mumbai and the surrounding city, Metro Saraswati Square has already become famous. We can't wait to get a three-bedroom flat here. Apart from location, what attracted me the most is its amenities. Some of the top-notch facilities here are a lift, power backup, CCTV, a gym, a play area, Vast-compliant residences, a party space, and more.

We initially planned to reserve a property early in 2027, as the Metro Saraswati Square possession date was set for December 2027. However, because of the high demand, it appears all of the flats will be sold out by that time. Therefore, before the end of this year, we will book a property here. I went to look at this project with my brother last weekend because he plans to get a three-bedroom flat here. The Metro Saraswati Square area is just 0.68 acres with a single, 120-unit building. Surrounded by greenery, the property is quite stunning. My thoughts regarding the project are:

• As per their floor plan, I found the flats here will be spacious and well-designed.

• December 2027 is the scheduled Metro Saraswati Square possession date. However, the sales team informed us during our visit that certain flats were already reserved.

For my brother, owning a property in a desirable area is essential. When we looked around, we discovered that this residential property guarantees 100% security.

• TMT Mulund Bus Station: 2 minutes away,

• Mulund railway station: 0.5 km away,

• R Mall, Mulund: 2.1 km away,

• Korum Mall: 12 minutes away,

• Kids Gurukulam Preschool & Day Care Centre: 1.4 km away,

• Holy Trinity Hospital-Advanced Cardio Diabetic Care: 2.1 km away, and so on.

My bro loved that this project connected the entire city via well-built roads. Before making a final decision, he said he will discuss it with our father.
