We stay in Malad, and to move our house last month, we decided to hire MFC & Sons Mumbai as their services seemed to be affordable. There were around a few boxes, an almirah, a TV and a fridge. The packaging of the items was not done properly, and during the move, one of the boxes opened up, causing damage to what was inside. They didn’t even bother to put them back and brought the items just like that. When I confronted them about it, they said it was not their responsibility and just left. This was a good lesson and I am never going for a cheap packers and mover service.

Using MFC & Sons Mumbai to move from Andheri to Borivali was a huge mistake on my part. A move that was supposed to be completed within a day took around an week. I hired these people to move my household goods such as furniture, almirah, TV, etc. They took my items and started demanding more money. They even told me that if I didn’t pay up, they would dump all my belongings on the road. I had no choice but to pay up, and despite that, they made me wait for around a week before delivering.
