I am sharing my Mihir Amara reviews as my sister and I booked a flat this January, and I can say that the Mihir Amara address has been a major advantage. Wakad is a mid locality to buy an apartment, as compared to other areas in the surrounding areas. It ranks number 1 in Pune West. I also found this project offers good public transport, easy cab/auto availability, excellent schools nearby, well-maintained roads, and markets at a walkable distance. 

Some popular transit points closest to the property are Chaphekar Chowk and Wakad Chowk metro station, which is the nearest. I am mentioning some of the nearby places below:

  • SMARTKIDZ Wakad PreSchool & Day Care is 7 minutes away from the area.

  • For any medical emergency, Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital is just 2 minutes away, while Shivam Hospital is 10 minutes from here.
