What are the Millennium Falcon, Tathawade, Pune Reviews?

My mother and I went there a couple of days back to learn about the Millennium Falcon unit configuration and more. We found that there are 2 BHK flats here which was exactly what we were looking for. 

My mother was attracted by all the amenities in this project, including an aerobic/yoga zone, a children’s play area, a party lawn, a gym and lots more. 

As far as the Millennium Falcon 2BHK price is concerned, it starts at Rs. 79.8 lakhs which is the only area where we’ve been a little hesitant as it exceeds our budget. Having said that, this is amongst the few projects we are genuinely interested in, so we might give in. 

Hi there, I recently went to this upcoming project called Millenium Falcon in Tathawade. I’d like to help you by sharing a Millennium Falcon review with you. 

First of all, I was highly interested in this project because of the Tathawade locality. I have my office close by and know the area well. The VIsion Mall, Lifepoint Hospital, Phoenix Mall of the Millenium and Aditya Birla Hospitals are also near this property. So, the Millennium Falcon location is a good one in my opinion.

This project has all 2 BHK flats in an area spread across 2 acres with 4 flats on each floor. There are 200 flats in total in this project. 

So, for me, this is amongst the best projects in Pune for a 2 BHK. You can give this project a visit to see if it works out for you too.

So I inquired about this property a while back and went there with my partner. We have been searching for a  2 BHK apartment for a while and we quite liked this one. There are two East-West balconies with a separate living and dining area. There are earthquake-resistant AAC blocks for the structure, anti-skid tiles in the balcony, a decorative main door, a granite kitchen platform and many more.

The Millennium Falcon possession date also works for us as we can gain possession by December 2028, which is about the time we are planning to settle in. 

To sum up my Millennium Falcon Tathewade review, I’d say that you should visit it and then make your decision.
