Sq.Ft. This is a gated society that offers more or less all the basic decent amenities. The seller quoted Rs. 90 Lakh as the Mira Society price. The price was non-negotiable. Overall, I liked the project, and I am planning to book this unit over this weekend.

The nearest bus stop is Swargate bus stop(1.9 km), and Pul Gate(2.0 km).
Nearest train stations are Pune Train Yard, and Ghorpuri both are only 4.8 km, and 5.5 km from this project
This is also close to hospitals like Lions Club Hospital 2.8 km and schools like the St. Vincent's High School, Pune (2.8 km)
It is because of the prime location, I believe investing here will help with a higher ROI.

This is a RERA registered project and the Mira Society RERA number is P52100045258. I visited this project after going through a few online positive Mira Society reviews. I also liked the multiple amenities offered by this project. These include having a lift, club house, security, visitor parking, rain water harvesting, maintenance staff, and so on. I have booked a unit here, and the project is good overall.
