We got to know about the availability of a flat in this society and called the seller to inquire about the Mithuna White Aspera unit size and more. The 3 BHK flat has a pretty good carpet area of 1288 sq. ft., which had us interested in buying the flat. What further worked in our favour was the closeness to Elements Mall, Manyata Tech Park, Navachethana Hospital and more.
So, to sum up my Mithuna White Aspera review, I’d say the property offers really good flats and if you are interested in buying one in the Jakkur side, do try it out.

Once we got to know that the Mithuna White Aspera unit configuration is 3 BHK, we went to the society to look for any resale flats. Luckily, there was one on the 3rd floor and we recently made the purchase of the apartment. The highlights for us were the amenities, which include a professional housekeeping, a jogging track, a community hall, a common garden, AC and that all the flats are made completely Vastu-compliant. There are 112 units of 3 BHK across a decent area, so you’ll have ample space to take your walks in a pleasant and quiet environment. We give a thumbs up to this property.

We made a deal for a resale flat in Mithuna White Aspera a couple of months ago and I can tell you that the society is a great one if you are searching for a flat in Jakkur side of Bangalore. The commute options are a major plus here, as the Mestripalya bus stop and Thanisandra train station fall nearby. Another good aspect of the Mithuna White Asper location is the availability of health facilities like the Saaol Heart Center, National Clinic and More within 3 kilometres from the society. The build quality of the flats is what we like the most. It has been three years and the construction quality speaks for itself as we haven’t faced any major issues.
