You have the Nandegaon Phata bus stop and Vighnaharta Hospital near the property. Even supermarkets like Rashan Cart and Adhav Complex fall nearby, making the Mittal High Mont Pairs Phase 2 address a good one.

The atmosphere remains pleasant and peaceful, away from the outside noise. The people are good with the maintenance staff taking good care of all the amenities and infrastructure.
