It is because of its strategic location, I believe it is a spectacular residential setup. I am planning to invest here, and pay the booking amount this weekend.

One of my friends who stays near this project said that this is an under-construction one and the MJR North Park Phase 2 possession date is by December 2028 onwards.
I heard that MJR North Park offers several amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, sports courts, garden, kids play area, indoor games, jogging track, banquet hall, and so on. The MJR North Park Phase 2 unit configuration includes 2, 2.5, 3 & 4 BHK, and the price starts from Rs. 81.51 Lakhs onwards. I am planning to visit this project over the weekend. I think I’ll be able to share a few more information after my visit here.
