My sister and my brother-in-law recently bought a 2 BHK flat in this project. They have been living in the property since MJR Pearl possession date, which was October 2016. At the time of purchase, we all visited the property and what caught our attention was the 78% of open area which allows us to walk freely all around and provide a fresh & lively atmosphere. It is a wonderful project which promotes energy conservation of environment friendly features like rainwater harvesting, etc. It offers spacious and luxurious homes for a comfortable living. The apartments here have good ventilation and ample sunlight. My sister is extremely happy with the property and she always mentions to me about the healthy and friendly environment of the place. She stated she would rate the property 8 on 10 in her MJR Pearl reviews.
