We have been living here for the past two years, and whenever someone asks for my review about this project, one thing I always mention is the property’s incredible location. My wife teaches in the Bali Guitar Academy, which is merely 10 minutes from here. My office is also just a few kilometres away. Commuting is easier as there are tons of public transport facilities here.

GTB Nagar metro station is around 30 minutes away
Ramakrishna Mission Hospital is merely 5 minutes from here
Society Store is also around 10 minutes away
National supermarket is just 5 minutes from here

I was looking for a project in Khar West, Mumbai, and had a couple of properties in my list. My wife came across this project through our family friend, who personally recommended us to visit the place. I checked out the Mohini Tower address, as we were very particular about the location. So, the project is on 5th road, Khar West, and it worked well for us, so we visited there last week. The apartments are quite spacious and the project offers a lot of necessary facilities here like ATM, gas pipeline, internet services, lift, power backup, intercom, etc. Besides, I also did some research on the project’s credibility, and found that it’s a well known society and has approval from RERA as well.
