Sharing my Mohit Packers and Movers, Delhi reviews here. I availed their service for shifting my goods, and while some aspects of their service were decent, others left me unsatisfied. The team was polite and worked quickly, which I appreciated. They wrapped my belongings fairly well, particularly my fragile items. I was happy with how they handled my kitchenware and furniture.

That said, the lack of communication from their side was frustrating. They didn’t inform me when they would arrive, and their truck got stuck in traffic, delaying the entire process. When I called for updates, I was kept on hold for too long. Also, they didn’t seem very coordinated when unpacking, and some smaller items went missing during the process. Although the major items arrived in one piece, I chose not to avail of their service due to the lack of accountability.

On the positive side, the booking process was quite easy, and their customer support was responsive at first. The packing team was decent and packed my furniture and fragile items fairly well. However, things started getting tricky when it came to time management. 

They arrived much later than scheduled, which was a major inconvenience. Another issue was the handling of some of my electronics, which wasn’t as careful as I had hoped. 

While nothing was severely damaged, I noticed minor scuffs on my microwave and TV stand. This left me feeling unsure if I’d hire them again for a move. Their rates were reasonable, but considering the delays and minor damages, I decided not to use their insurance service, fearing it might complicate things further.

They arrived a couple of hours late without any prior notice, which threw off my entire schedule.

During the move, I noticed they were handling some of my furniture quite carelessly. I even spotted them dropping a side table, but they didn’t seem too bothered by it. Upon unpacking, I found a few scratches on my fridge and wardrobe, which were brand new. They also misplaced a box of kitchen items, which was very frustrating. Despite paying for insurance, claiming damages was a long and unresponsive process. Overall, I would say the service was highly unprofessional.

A few items, including my coffee table and a bookshelf, were scratched during the process, and despite pointing it out immediately, they didn’t offer any real solution.

To make matters worse, I was promised a hassle-free service, but the team seemed rushed and not very careful. The packing materials were substandard as well, with some fragile items just stuffed in boxes without proper wrapping. By the end of the move, I had to deal with broken glassware and a lot of frustration. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend their services.
