What are the Monte Rosa Reviews, Hingne Chowk, Pune?

When I visited the property last month, I was really impressed by the exceptional amenities. The project is also RERA approved and the Monte Rosa RERA ID is P52100013442. The floor plan is approximately 1.31 Lakhs sq. ft, starting from Rs. 3.76 Cr. I really found the place peaceful and well-maintained. I was particularly fascinated by the luxurious facilities here. We are planning to move into a 2 BHK apartment here in 2 months. 

It has been 4 months since we moved to a 2 BHK apartment here and sharing my Monte Rosa reviews. I can say that we are glad to have invested in this property. The rooms are very comfortable with proper ventilation. The society is well maintained and what we really loved was how easily accessible the property is from the outside world. Monte Rosa is in one of the prime locations of Pune and is very close to several bus and metro stations.

• Anand Nagar bus station is just 0.2 kms away

• Madhukar General Hospital is just 0.5 kms away

• Ace School of Professional Studies is within the radius of 0.5 kms 

• Elixir Spoken English Class is within 0.9 km.

• The closest supermarket, Om Ganesh Market, is just within 1.1 km

• Fun Time Multiplex is just 1.7 kms away.

These location advantages convinced us to take the flat here.

We were looking for an apartment in Hingne Chowk and my friend suggested I visit the Monte Rosa as he and his wife had been living there for the past six months and he was raving about the stunning view and the luxury amenities. My husband and I visited the project last week and found that the Monte Rosa unit configuration is 2,3, and 4 BHK apartments with the project area of 3 acres with 246 units. The project has been in possession since December 2023 and the starting price is Rs. 3.76 Cr. The project also offers some really cool and lavish facilities such as amphitheatre, party area, badminton court, aerobics room, and so on.
