During a discussion with a friend, I learned about this project. To know more about it, I decided to visit the Moraj Residency location, which is Palm Beach Road, Sector-16, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400705. While visiting, I learned that it's a ready-to-move project which was completed in May 2004. I went around the project to gather some information such as amenities such as a clubhouse, a big swimming pool, visitor parking, air conditioner, etc. I was quite surprised to learn that the project had Rainwater harvesting despite being so old. The apartments in this project are Vastu compliant as well. Everything seemed right, but since it was quite old, I decided not to purchase any unit here.
